I received Lichoma RPG as part of the Kickstarter campaign, but I'm somewhat embarrassed to admit that I am unsure how to actually play the game. I see the flowchart-esque handout in the box - is this the extent of the rule explanation?
The flowchart-esque handout is a way to play without a GM; the main rules are in the augury deck of cards. I can really recommend the first episode of The Rolled Standard's play of Lichoma as well, pretty early on Walton gives a runthrough of how the mechanics work. Hope that helps!
