I'm sorry to bother with this, but i'm hoping you can assist, as some of us are trying to print the HoA Compendium A5 version today to get the Lulu 30% Black Friday discount!  :)

In order to print this on Lulu, we require a version that has full bleed (so slightly larger than the standard A5 by 3mm on each side.  This means that the size of the PDF body and cover must each be 154mm x 216mm, as below:

- 148mm +3mm left + 3mm right = 154mm

- 210mm +3mm top + 3mm bottom = 216mm

Also, for the main body PDF, it requires the cover and back cover to be removed, since we have to individually include it as the image PDF.

Again, i'm so sorry to ask you for this, but is this possible at all?  :D  If not, totally understand.  Just wanted to make that deal!

Hey Zsolan, apologies I'm on UK time so didn't see this earlier. I have had a look at this and uploaded an A5 pdf (resized as per above suggestions) with no front/back cover (replaced by blank pages to keep the page count at 180 pages). Thank you so much for this!   I'm tweaking it now in Lulu, and will be sending to printer soon.  I will absolutely post images of how it looks within the week.  Again, very much appreciate your help with the modified files.  :)
