Mac OS version won't open

Hello, when I got to open 1BITDRAGON on my Mac Monterey, when I goto right-click or control click, it doesn't give the option to "open with".  Even when I goto open it through File on the bar, "Open with" is grayed out.

Help?

So you shouldn't need to "Open with" because it is a program itself that needs to run, not be opened. You might run into difficulty launching on Mac due to their strict security. If it doesn't let you open it with a pop-up, go into system preferences then security. There will be a message saying it stopped it from opening. From there you can tell it to open anyways.

For macOS users: when you double-click on the application, you'll notice that it doesn't open. This is because macOS has blocked the app from running. Since this app came from the internet, macOS assumes it is not safe and automatically cancels opening the app. To bypass this, ctrl-click (or right-click) the app icon in the Finder, choose Open, and confirm.
