Yes! It's truly a waste because bondage is one of my kinks. However, as an abuse survivor the scene reopened old wounds for me. Two or three hours lost in my own mind thinking of revenge scenarios, drowned in pain, fuming and longing for a way to get rid of the bitternes is NOT FUN at all.

Here's my proposed change: Have the bad guy threaten to torture and kill Alex, when someone rescues her in the last minute and shoots the villain.

Later, during the cleanup, Alex finds the bondage devices and gladly donates them to the sex establishment in the redlight district, and is given an option to participate as the sub for one session, just like in the gloryholes. With someone supervising, the r*pe elements are gone and we can enjoy the kinky scenes in a CONSENSUAL, SAFE and FUN environment.

(Oh and now that we're at it, that breaking-consent scene with the yoga teacher? Also not fun either :-/ )

Maybe make it toggleable? You can have the more violent events or they can be turned off?

Not everyone is unhappy with the current form, but I understand why some people would not like it.
