Other than those, you can sell one to the lady in the house up on the hill just north of the library, and one lady who lives next to the park, unless she's one of the "fond memories" ladies. The guy next to the school won't buy one, and if Callie is rude to him she gets spanked and switched. Best case there is he says no and she goes on her way. The lady at the swimming hole won't buy any at her house..although she's also the realtor. If the sale is made after the swimming hole incident, Callie even refers to it.
