Emily has red dress and did photoshoot. Killed bugs for Olivia. What do I have to do next to be able to wake up Emily and sneak on Olivia in Laundry?

Just follow the notebook instructions, everything is in there. If it says "stay tuned for more" it means you've seen all the available content. And if the action says "Work in progress" it means it's not in the game yet.

Those are actions to raise their stats, as indicated by the icons, they do not progress the story.

then is there anything in the story to do now? Still nothing that says new or anything just raise stats

I'm really confused. What does the notebook say? Again, if all it says is "More in future updates. Stay tuned!", it means you've seen all the currently available content.

Under hints for Emily, interact and do chores and watch TV. For Olivia, interact and compliment her outfit. I feel like I've done every part of day for every location and don't know if there's more to do but haven't seen anything like 'stay tuned'. Last story thing for Emily was red dress and did that photoshoot and for Olivia it's killing the bugs.
