I hit the point where Victoria gets summoned to the minotaur king and sees her mom, and then I got the same scene the next night, did I just hit the current end of the main quest or is there more?

There's more, you should be able to walk back to the human town after you've seen that quest. Hide inside the A1 room.

hey I love your game jus started playing yesterday. But I ran into a problem with the a1 room I have the key but can't open the door

You should be able to hide inside the room without the key. The key is for something else. Talk to the girls inside the sleeping chamber at night then you can go to A1 room.
