Improving Core attribute and how do you improving other skills

How about making a way to improve the attributes you start with in game like intelligence, coordination, courage, athletics, charisma I know I am missing one but I can't remember what it is. If you can't le me know why. . Also how do you improve the skills Stealth,Quick eye,Sociability among others.

For now, you can improve your Charisma and Intelligence only. You can do it during some quests.

Sociability is not implemented yet.

You can raise your Stealth and Quick eye skills at the night corridors events.

Can you tell me what quests also when the game is finished how many years will it be or will it be just one.
