I'm a creative director looking for developers to aid in the creation of a proof of concept for a game that I intend to get invested. My specialty, outside of creative planning and design, is business. Once a POC has been created for this game, I've contacts waiting to introduce me to investors, they have high hopes. I'd like to find a team of Unreal game developers to create this POC to get things jump started. The concept of the full game is ambitious, but based on some key elements which will speak directly to investors, as well as the player base, I have no doubt that it will hit the ground runnning.
Details:
-The goal is to create a playable, low effort demo. From there I will create a video showcasing the game to present to investors.
-Anyone chosen for the project will be kept on once the studio/project has investment capital. Salaries will be included when looking for investment and I'll ensure that everyone is treated fairly.
-I don't like asking people to work for free, so the POC will be all that it needs to be with as little added complexity as necessary.
-The plan is to use marketplace assets for the sake of the POC, once the game is being made for real, we'll be creating and using custom art for everything. I will put in the money required for the assets used.
-Don't have a limit to how many I'm currently looking for, understanding that the more people there are, the more money we'll have to account for after funding.
-Yes, it must be Unreal. #epicgrants
-Eventually I'll want more than just devs, but that moment is not right now.
