So, I've played this several times, and I have to admit I like it a lot. Considering I created a profile on itch.io just so I could do this! So, my thoughts I'd like to put forward:
- More descriptors of the various changes. I like how you put the current label for the various body parts that've changed into the actual description of the newest change, the changes themselves are all more or less the same. (I.E. When the breasts grow, there's pretty much just 1 description across the numerous times it happens, with the descriptor of the breasts themselves being the only thing truly different.)
- The character already starts off as very femboy to begin with, maybe either bulk him up a bit or make him a bit more angular? The way he is when you initially start, I'd honestly disagree that anyone would find the character "Unappealing" because of his overt feminine face and stance.
- The character doesn't react much to the changes, other than being like "Welp, my penis just spurt a bit and then it shrank. Oh well, onwards!" I get how this is mainly a non-con TG game, where lots of things change your mental state and the like, but why would your frame shrinking be something that's only a mild annoyance? That would hurt like crazy each time it happened. (I see a ton of potential for adding another layer on top of it all, like magic or potions that make you addicted to the changes, stuff that offers pleasure for the sake of changes. And if you don't take them, it remains painful, if not outright deadly. Like your frame shrinks, you take damage and your max hp goes down a bit because it's still damage being done to change you. So, these potions/spells offer incentives to use them, because they'd change you, but also heal the stat damage, not the HP damage. Plus, it would give you a layer to make more complex mental distortions, going from a "Man's Man" to a slut who would fuck you if you promised to give her bigger breasts or hips, etc. So you're not just fighting being changed and to get out of the dungeon, you're fighting to not want to be different.)
- His hair is a bit of a topic for me. It's already effeminate as it starts out, why not make it begin shorter and have that be one of the changes? It's uncomfortable, it can be humiliating when you're not wanting it, the longer it is the easier you could be to capture, (Could even make that a descriptor that's triggered if your character's hair is long, along with the various opportunities in sex scenes) it could impact your Finesse, even the type of armors you're able to wear (Seriously, long hair and chain/splint anything would not only be a bear, but it'd hurt as it pulls like crazy).
- The non-con sex could have more repercussions than just a "Game over" eventuality. What if a Goblin has his way with your character, and they become a bit more like a Goblin? It doesn't have to effect any stats, just the RP where more of the male goblins try to take advantage of her, and are more likely to try grabbing her instead of just kill. Like, if the character was only slightly Goblinoid, it raises the likelihood by a touch that they'll try to have their way with you. You are a Goblin and they're trying to breed you, where it would impact that the other races are less likely to want your character. That being said, if you're a rating (18) of sexiness and a Goblin, others will still want you, it's just less likely they'll hesitate, and more likely for Goblins. (This being said, it would work for the Orcs, Imps, Demons, Gnolls, etc.)
- Second-to-last thought: Day cycle. You could tie it to how many times they go into different corridors, like 5 rooms is 1/2 of the day, and 5 more would be a full 24hrs. With it, have a "Camp" cycle, where they can do things like 'Reflect' or 'Masturbate' or 'Try to Hide Changes' (This could be something that temporarily reduces your "Sexiness Score", but your score returns to normal as the day wears on) or 'Seduce' (Where you basically are trying to find a rando to sleep with during the night) and lastly 'Sleep. While you sleep there could be a chance that you're awoken by an attacker and you have to fight them off, and it causes your character to become different levels of 'Tired'. The more tired they are, the more likely you are to miss an attack, and the more likely an enemy is to get the first hit on you in combat. Does this force players to slow down their exploration? Yes, absolutely, but now they'd have to manage their sleep, at the same time, you could easily say that there's only (X) Number of days before certain events happen. Like an onrush of Gnolls, or Boss respawns, or a change gets worse, etc. Day cycles are actually VERY useful, and can be used with anything from game pacing to additional difficulty mechanics.
- Last thought: Pregnancy and Time. Once your character loses their penis for a vagina and the whole she-bang (Buddum-tss), they could become pregnant in much more than just the "Game Over" sequences. Magic could influence how rapidly the baby(ies) develop, which again would have all sorts of impacts on the character's stats and interactions (As well as physical changes and lactation). Could even create "Rescue" side-quest where your child has been stolen from you and you have to go save them (If you don't/refuse to, it could seriously impact the overall deviancy of your character) and even affect how your "Guild" sees you overall. Could even say that keeping the child with you imparts Benefits, like your character regaining their mental stats (Slowly over time) as they keep the child. (Yes, this means I'm talking about doing things like Breastfeeding and Bonding with the child, which on its own is also a mental change from a single man to a mother. But the things you do with the child are during the "Camp" periods, and they'd FORCE interaction at least once-per-day cycle because babies need to eat, where your character normally is able to just power through a few days without sleep before finally being forced to, now they can't because baby.)
This all being said, again, I love your game so far, and I see so much potential in it. Not just as a TF/TG smut game, but an actual GAME game with good writing. Your writing style is very good for the genre you've picked, and your descriptions overall are very well done. Even if you take none of my thoughts seriously, please take this one seriously. I believe you have talent, and not just in a fetishy way, but in a very real way, and I can't wait to see how far this all goes.
