Don't bother paying if you only plan to play on Android, it will get no updates, at least not until it's out on steam apparently. From the length between the updates it makes me think it's not going to be for a loooong while. I made the mistake of buying before this was mentioned.
Reminder, the more of the game that's complete the more the price will increase.
Buying now means you get the full version when it's done.
That said yes, android is on hold since it significantly slows development. The steam release will help speed up development. And also allow me to work with a more stable version of the game.
