heres some of my suggestions

satellites moving on their own, maby even getting a signal, or a special signal, or maby it can even point towards the base, spooky
cameras randomly appearing as active, even if its not being watched through
doors opening on their own, even if these are small events they would be wonderful

Pretty sure satellites can move on their own in latest version

My suggestion is to make light switches turn off on their own when you are not watching, at least in only some rooms. For example, if you turned on light in the basement, when you return back the light will be off, like someone else turned it off
