So, I wondering are only able to Bring level I skill in NG+ or can we carry level II or possibly III skill?
and can we use low level skill after learning higher level spell?

You can only take rank I skills into NG+, and once you learn a higher rank there's no way to return to the old one.
I see, Thank you. seems we really need to be careful to play this game especially upgrading skill (since it's cost both time and MP)
