If you just can't reach the buttons in computer panels because of low FOV just increase computer panel FOV in settings, or if the button itself is shifted from where you need to click just add your screen resolution to %LOCALAPPDATA%\VotV\Assets\res.txt and select it in settings (If there is no Assets folder, run the game as administrator and it should appear)
