The Fay Woods Maze changes each time. For the crystals, you'll want to find 3 of them.
First one is to the right of the maze. So you want to find an outlet to the right. Second is on the left. Last is on the Bottom near the old lady's hut. Once done, go to the center, talk to the old lady, and finish the maze. I know not very descriptive, but at least it'll get ya to the objectives.
Once you're done with that quest, the left path will go into a field that will change each time you enter there. The center is the crystal hub, the north is the fay village, and the east is a miniature maze, but doesn't change at all. I hope this helps a bit.
