Could you explain to me how to use your clouds so that its like an overlay on the map  and that they are always moving? From what I saw after buying, these are character sheets in rpg maker mz. Do I need to make many cloud events on my world map and make them have each a route?

Hey bajibarg. Yes, I used them as event with a move route. But you can also use them without moving.
