I'm not sure what caused it, could be a relic I have or Mirrorb. It does not do self damage or add muscircle.
If it was from a relic effect then the relic effect info needs to be clarified. (I don't think it is though)

It could easily be from the relic that reduces self damage from orbs by 50%.
