Could you take a screenshot of the second error (like when you open it as a regular .exe outside of the itchio app) And can also share your computer specs?
So without knowing the details of your computer we can't say for sure, but this error is definitely tied to a graphics card issue.
Our tech team believes it's related to Direct X12 and a feature called Rendering Hardware Interface (RHI). If your graphics card is too old and can't support DX11 or 12 then you likely cant play the game on your machine.
