As the title says i am stuck on the first island, when i try to go to the ship's map there is only one island.

If Hajimeru is the only island that appears for you, is because you have quests to accept.

You can find main quests available on captain's room on your ship.

I recommend read the game tutorials, a tutorial explaining how to get quests are prompted just after getting the ship.
