Party members will get their pregnancy rather late. The dev stated that it would not be beneficial to have them pregnant during the game since they would either be not available as party members during that time (which would annoy some players) or highly questionable to see a preggo lady doing some fighting.
Ofc not every single party member will have pregnancy content but Kaali should be among them. =)
