When you go to Snowy Ridge by teleport, just north there will be a place where you can knock a hole in the wall. You'll find 2 guards there going at it. If you then go outside and go south east, just above the castle, there's another dark elf standing guard, at this point she'll be jealous of the ones slacking of and that's the last scene.
