I think that it's impossible since it uses Apple API and decoder exclusively. If that's what you want, you will need either Windows (Apple Music App) or macOS.
Note that you will need a very high-end device to note any difference, if you can hear it at all, compared to AAC 256Kbps.
Hi-Res is unavailable with musickit (which is what cider uses to play audio) and if they wanted to support it, Lossless is only supported with FairPlay encryption so they would need to implement that which is a challenge
