I want to save the game to a USB drive. If this game is taken down one day, can I download it back from the USB drive, but can the game still run normally

Go to the game install location, copy the game folder, and put it somewhere else. Not a single game in existence needs installation, everything is self generated after running the game exe file. That is if you have all the files in the game folder. Everything outside is irrelevant, besides maybe some default dll stuff that it finds from the windows folder, and if it needs a store app where it was downloaded (and that you have bought the game with that store app account).

Well the exceptions to that would be that in terms of drm, this one doesn't have any drm, so you don't need itchio to run it.
Other games might try to force run the store app before launching the game, so they check if you actually bought the game.

Sorry for replying so late. I didn't quite understand. Can you explain it in detail

I am using a mobile phone. No computer

Then just backup the apk file or whatever you download.
Get a pc and download the android version and put it somewhere.
If you can't access a pc, get a usb storage device for your mobile, some come with backup features, so you can just choose the android version of the game and backup it.
Why do I have to explain it even, nobody explained anything to me nor needed.
I'm just wasting my time here.
