Hello. Im an dev+designer+sound developer. Im look for a team of people to make a game full time.
I am really try hard, organized and commited with my work. But also a calm person that likes to make sure everybody is on the same page.
But, if you are not commited, passionate or dont have time, this is not for you.
However (and be honest so we don't waste time), if you are not as good but commited and really passionate in making a game, are willing to learn and listen, respect the deadlines and have resilience. This is the place for you.
I know im asking a lot, but trust me, it is all mandatory.
I hope somebody appears.
One last thing. Nobody is doing anything epic here, like some open world game that you think its gonna take 3 months but in fact is gonna be 7 years. In fact, no open world games or mmorpgs. Small scope, later we think about it.
