Someone already reported this bug a little under a year ago, but it doesn't seem to have been fixed. When you talk to Milo and Hazel after refusing to give a name, going to the pits and then either running or begging for mercy, they talk as if you threw yourself in the flesh pit (even though you did not). It's probably just a false or incorrect flag, but worth noting!
