Problem with Bitsy tiles and sprites

Hi all! I am a teacher testing Bitsy for the classroom this fall. I love it, but I'm running into a weird error.

I make a very, very simple game with some sprites and exits. When I play the game everything is fine. When I press "stop," it replaces all my tiles and sprites with different ones from within the game. An animated tile will flash between two different (unrelated) tiles or even add a sprite into the mix!

I have no idea why this is happening. I even shut down my computer and browser and made a brand new game. It happened again. Am I missing something? Is it supposed to work this way? I have no hacks or other tools added to the game. It's just plain Bitsy. Help?

Thanks!

Hi, it's a known issue: https://github.com/le-doux/bitsy/issues/266

So you are doing nothing wrong. All you need to do is refreshing the page when things get messy

I appreciate the reply! I saw the github report right after I posted. It's a bummer! I think it could be challenging for students who are trying to get a grasp on how Bitsy works.
