After completing the side quest in Blue Castle where you're collecting fluid samples as a nurse, you follow the head nurse into a room, you get bumped into a teleporter room with the green pig named john. you both go through the teleporter. after, If you follow john to where john jumps over the bridge then continue to go to the left, theres a square room with security cameras in it. once you enter you get locked in with a bug thats called "test subject". The bug will latch onto you and Elin says "i need to struggle"
