black characters/problem with colours

i've downloaded the demo and the first thing i noticed is that the characters were full black (skin and clothes) by default. in the surface settings the skin and clothes DO have colours but i only can see them if i move the 'metalness' slide

so basically any character that i can't customize wear black clothes and have pitch black skin, only the hair survive to the blackness

any idea of some fix to this? ps: the heroine rumble 1 game didn't have this problem with skin and colours

im sending some images

the metalness is 0 by default

so the magic happens

try options - graphics - simple graphics ON

i've tried i think every combination of graphic settings and didn't work, there's no much i can do outside of the in-game options?
