I was just curious how would I evolve Pokemon who need to be traded to evolve? I have leveled up my Kadabra to level 42, for example, but Kadabra has not evolved.
Pokemon who evolve by just trading evolve when they hit a higher level. Pokemon who evolve by trading while holding an item now evolve while leveling up while holding that item.
You should be able to buy the metal coat at the department store in the city with the casino. I believe it is the 3rd or 4th floor, the guy sells metal coats along with stones.
