What should I do with all these zombies?
Its the perfect tank and slave catching team but they pretty much cannot be interacted in any way.
Some of them even learn academic and science. I have 17 prowler slaves in total.

apparently according to lore some scientists want them, although I'm not sure if that's in the game
You can sell them for 7500 a piece
go to NPC menu -> click on them -> action -> Project Erebos
