during the streams the chat sometimes mentions a shemale mod and I haven't seen one I and there's most likely others would enjoy if there was :3
If I've seen that comment, I don't know why it doesn't seem unexpected to me, but I also wondered if I would open something to fulfill the chat fetish (although I don't do those things)
