Wildermyth

Now in Beta

Wildermyth is a tactical RPG, but more than that, it's our attempt to get really deep with character customization and storytelling.

Lead group of heroes—each with their own uniquely-generated appearance, personality, and history—in combat against the monsters that threaten the Yondering Lands. As your heroes progress, the choices you make for them can affect their appearances, abilities, and relationships.

  • Do you trust the enigmatic wolf god, resulting in a particularly hair-raising change for one of your heroes?
  • Will one of your heroes pursue a romance with that snarky hunter on their team, or will it turn into a rivalry?
  • Will a hero fall back from a fight after being gravely injured, or will they you go down in a blaze of glory to be remembered for generations to come?

We're in Beta now, which means we'll be constantly adding content, improving the game, and looking for feedback.

If you like the turn-based strategy combat of games like X-Com and the character depth of games like D&D, roll up a party of farmers in Wildermyth and see where they go!

I absolutely love the game. Started playing this weekend after seeing a video on YouTube, and I've been obsessed with the game since. The paper-doll game engine is amazing. You'll see your character change gear, get old, get maimed, get transformed. You'll manage their relationship, you'll take care of the land, go on adventure, and try to get many years of peace in the land. Heroes will die, some will retire of old age, new ones will take on the fight to write the legend of the Yonder Lands.

Great job to the whole team!
