When I try to start the game from my desk it just says impossible to open Lord Goblin on Mac even though I downloaded the Mac version

Go onto your terminal, type "chmod -R a+x " (include the space after the x), then drag the game onto the terminal after you add the space, then hit enter. Once you do that and then verify  the game through the system settings you should be good to go.
