On desktop: Middle mouse button to pan and mouse scroll to zoom. Same on the web interface, although it sometimes doesn't work due to conflicting scroll between the site and the program. On mobile you can use two fingers to pan. Pinch in and out with two fingers to zoom in and out.
You can always use the cursor tool to pan around the screen
