When I get on a bed, toilet or in the bath it offers to wait until day/night and even using W or ESC doesn't help. When I pressed ESC in a bath the game said I commited suic*de by jumping off a roof :(

You can get up by clicking right mouse button. Sorry I put the Escape key as an alternative, it doesn't make you stand up and only brings the pause menu :]
