Feedback on the difficulty of my casual shooter game.

My goal was to make a casual shooter. Something you can hop into for a quick play. Once I get enough feedback I want to build it as a PC executable

I added a leaderboard in the last update and there a there’s a huge range when it comes to the top 10 players. Mainly because it’s not that many people playing it.

The feedback I’m looking for is how difficult do you find a game and what are some things that you would like to see at it or that you think will make the game more engaging.

I’m not trying to make a game that is epic. I’m trying for that quarter arcade game feel.

I tried out the game and it was okay.  The instruction were easy to understand and the game was quick to pick up and get going.  My main issue is it felt like it took a while for power ups to show up and their didn't seem to be a diverse amount of enemies.  It might be good to have waves for the player and to speed up when they start to receive powers or RPG style mechanics.  Right now felt a bit too straightforward if that is the right word.

The Game is fun, Also 3D Art and environments is nice. it would be better if the level 1 start easy Or may be a guide at start before enemy comes.

While checking out the forums I found this post and wanted to give some feedback.

The controls are pretty simple, so everything was relatively clear even without a tutorial.

I think the main aspect I would work on is the shooting. While it's responsive and the particle effects look great (destroying drones feels very responsive), the visual dose'nt seem responsive enough to make it feel "satisfying", tho maybe that's just my taste. If I spam the space bar, I would expect it to give me more feedback, like a slight recoil effect or even a camera shake when your weapon overheats.

You could also add a clear representation of what you're protecting, like a laser barrier which the enemy drones should'nt cross instead of them just despawning.

One thing I think you nailed is the UI, it looks great, tho It could be more responsive in some places like the score counter having some effect when increasing.

I would say the difficulty is pretty balanced, at least for beginners.

Overall I think that you're project definitely has potential.
