I cant click anything on the left side. I dont want to delete my save, because i played quite a lot on it, but it feels like its broken.

Looks like something is preventing you from leaving... I'm going to guess it's the fact that you aren't wearing a bottom. It seems as though you're just wearing the boxers. Try putting on the default pants or a skirt or something.
