Easy steps to play the current game on Linux (September 2024)

1. Install the .zip and extract files

2. Open Steam, go to "Games" at the top left and choose "Add a non-Steam game to my library"

3. Select the ATLYSS .exe you got from the extracted zip file

4. Right-click the game and go to Properties, then Compatibility

5. Force the use of compatibility tools and choose Proton (the official one or the GE Proton versions)

and you can enjoy the game on linux! made this tiny guide if anyone on the linux kernel would be a bit wary of how it would play or is new to linux distributions. personally it's worked flawlessly with the current latest version of the official Proton layer
