[2D ART] AI artist looking to create monster/creature artwork for your game!

Hey, I'm Kylix! I am currently developing my own CCG (Collectible Card Game) and throughout this process, I quickly realized that I was going to need a ton of placeholder art for my alpha testing, so I started generating stuff with AI and the results were incredible.

I also realized that this is something I enjoy doing and figured other developers out there might be interested in some high quality, budget friendly assets that will look great and save time. If that sounds good to you, maybe we can work together!

I specialize in TCG style creatures and monsters, but I can do a lot more than that depending on your needs! I made a Fiverr account (which I'll link below) for people who are a little more serious about their projects and want a professional touch in a timely manner, but I'm also open to helping some devs out for free if the project is right and I have the time for it!

Just let me know what you're working on and maybe we can collab! Thanks for your time!

Hello I've been wanting to make a virtual Alice in Wonderland card game with heroes to choose from, minions, and spells. Would you be interested?
This is what I have so far (heroes and hero abilities)
Queen of Hearts - Summon a 1/1 Card Soldier
Jabberwock - Deal 2 damage to the opposing hero
Caterpillar - Heal 2 HP to any target
Alice, Mad Hatter, Cheshire Cat, and the White Rabbit are also heroes but I haven't come up with their abilities yet.
The minion cards would be like:
Daisy 1/1
Rose 2/1
Mock Turtle 2/7 etc.

Alternatively, I'm also working on a mutant RPG that could easily be turned into a card game.
Scientists transformed into half animal monstrosities, rats with tentacles, one-eyed bats, and monstrous slimes all populate this sci-fi fantasy.

Hey there Skipper! I don't generate artwork for already established IPs (like Alice in Wonderland) due to copyright concerns and AI limitations, but I can definitely produce some unique assets for your other idea!

I wasn't really sure what your art direction was based on the brief description, but I went ahead and created a piece for the "rat with tentacles monstrosity" that I thought would look cool based on the rough drawing you submitted. This is just as an example of the work I can do.

I used an aspect ratio that should work for a trading card even when cropped, but I don't do card borders, UI designs or anything like that, just the artwork. Feel free to download and use this piece if you want, even as a reference or something! It's yours!

Hey, are you able to generate pixel art (cartoon style saturated)

Hey RU-N, just saw your message! I haven't really dabbled in pixel art too much to be honest. It's one of the weaker styles in AI generation, so I tend to shy away from it, but I tried a few things and this is what I came up with!

They're not exactly like the thin, simplified style you see in the reference photo, but still pretty good results overall depending on what you need. I can probably tweak things a bit more and do some refining to get a bit closer to that example, but I assume most of it will turn out more realistic and detailed like what I have here. I can always adjust the saturation in Photoshop btw, once the images are finished.

Feel free to save any of these if you think you can use them though! (I can also send over the high res files if you really like something!)

Wow man ! I love the first 3. Look I am working on a 2d pixel art game. I am doing the coding part and there is a bit of trouble with the arts. Its a free project hence there is a bit of lagging in the image assets. Seeing the content you created I wanna try mixing that style for cutscenes with the simple style we have going for the game for the playable part. Are you okay with helping us out ? The cutscenes would be a single picture with some narrative. Also I am mentioning again that this is a free project. Please let me know what you think. Also keep up your good work. All of your generated content are awesome :]

I can definitely help out with the detailed, single image cutscene work. My only concern is that I may not be able to maintain continuity (persistent characters, wearing the same outfits, same locations, etc) across different images due to AI limitations, but with that in mind, if you think you can make it work, or would just like to use those assets as references or placeholders, I can try my best. All I would need is a list of each scene with descriptions, mood, time of day, what should be included, etc. Then I can work on them during my free time.

I checked your other post too and it seems like you're still in very early development, so maybe we can start producing cut scene content once you've got a more finalized script. Then we can talk about art direction and all that as well. Feel free to reach back out when you get closer to a point that requires my skillset!

will do. Appreciate that mate :]

Bumping to throw up a few examples of some work I'm doing for my upcoming TCG Card Shop Simulator mod!

This is the kind of work I like to do and can maybe bring to your game! (Card borders, backgrounds and monsters all generated and edited/refined in Photoshop by me!)
