I tried downloading it from itch and steam, neither worked. the program never ran, I wonder if it is due to my windows verison
Can you check in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\PixelComposer if there are any files created?

I tried downloading it with steam, it downloaded however it never launched when I tried to launch it.
