Basically yeah i beat it in 53 days.

It isn't exactly hard and I think it can be luck based.

Here are some tips I did use:

 . Say no to the tree when it asks for gold ( its not worth it )

. Say yes to the builders.

. I normally don't bother when the witch comes asking for gold for the spirits. It hasn't effected any of my runs yet.

. Say yes to the knight when hes going on adventures.  It can give 250 gold

. You don't have to bother with the jester I did pay him in this run but it just made me broke and he keeps coming back too.

. Say yes to granny ( bc its granny )

. I normally let Molder or the Skeleton do investigating. It can help catching criminals.

. I let the scientist do its thing on this run.
