I've been playing the game and since I mainly wanted to have the 5 hearts with Anna, I spent days getting the hearts and now that I want to do Charlotte's missions she won't let me, Anna doesn't want anything with her friend.

Does that mean you haven't met Charlotte in the Living Room and yet to get invited to her Yacht or you happened to choose the wrong dialogues while interacting with her ?
