I don't think that you understand what "Creative Commons Attribution v4.0 International" means. Please remove it. As far as I understand  you don't want people to be able to distribute the assets as is. You just want them to distribute the compiled project. So your licence  is not CC Attribution 4.0 at all. Because that means as long as they give attribution they can do pretty much whatever they like. Including selling or distributing the asset pack as is.

Your licence is simply a royalty-free licence with specific (and fair) restrictions. But it doesn't have a fancy name like CC. It's just a custom licence.
