这张卡目前无法在少于4个指示物的情况下使用。应该是可以用的，描述里只写了  Remove up to 4 growth counters ，那一个指示物应该也是能用的。

Thank you for reporting the issue with card “16006”. I have reproduced the bug where the card is currently unusable when there are fewer than 4 growth counters, despite the description indicating that it should allow for the removal of up to 4 counters.

I have fixed this issue, and the card will now function correctly, allowing you to use it even with just one growth counter. The changes will be included in the next update.
