Can i pay debt after josef leave?
I don't think there is any need for this because the main reason for the debt (Josef) is gone.
But you can still help Mario and he will clear the debt
well im already arrest mario then make new safe? (sorry for bad english)
In fact, I don't think that having a debt plays a big role in the game. And no, I don't think you need to create a new save if you've already arrested Mario.
