Does the demo announce when you've reached the end? Or is the player just prevented from progressing?

I've made it to a point where I have a raft and a couple warp points, but I can't seem to go anywhere else.

Hi! Yes it ends when you enter the first dungeon. You’ll need to find enough dragon scales to activate the door so the seal can be broken. You’ll need 4 scales. Let me know if you need any hints. Thanks!
