All I can say is, the jump scare got me - job done!
The story was really intriguing from the start. Sadly, I didn't see it go anywhere once the character was down in the basement, but there is a lot of room for improvement. Loved the sound design, the atmosphere, the set up and overall look of the game. I wasn't a huge fan of movement, because it felt little awkward, janky, but again, you can easily improve that with the next builds or a new game.
Best of luck with the development and hope to see more.

Are the items in the basement really randomly placed?
I was once able to find a green key and a blue key.
However, the basement is very confusing and if the items are distributed randomly, then it is very, very difficult.
The killer is also a little too fast. You have no chance.
At least if you stand in a room and turn off the flashlight he should maybe walk past you. However, this only works in a few rooms.
Otherwise, exactly my kind of game
