When I start the PTG_Level3_Mac.app the made with Unity screen appears then the game goes to a mostly blue screen, with music playing.
I'll try to fix that. Meanwhile I can give you access to a browser version of the Level 3.
Do you have a twitter account? I can send you the link to play the level 3.
