It says open and i clicked that now what do I do?

You should be able to just double click Juice Galaxy after downloading it.
Can you give some more details?
- Did you download the game from the itch.io webpage, or from the itch.io app?
- Are you on Mac/Windows/Linux?
- What happens when you click 'Open'?

Sending a screenshot could help too ^^

Hi there, thanks for buying the game!

Are you still having this issue? When you hit download, it should download a .zip file, which you can just extract and run.

One thing you can try instead, is installing the game through the itch.io app, which you can find here:
