In the initial delivery interactions with her, you get the option to either raise her Affection or Lust depending on our choices but are either her Affection or Lust remaining the same afterwards?

Like Affection drops daily with Emily and Olivia so is the same occurring here with Mia, especially because we may not see her for a number of days between deliveries?

How about her Lust as well?  It usually goes up and stays up if some type of interaction doesn't take place to lower it so I'm just wondering if Mia's Affection and Lust are staying the same after our delivery interactions or they really don't mean anything as their values will ultimately revert to their original values afterwards?
